Doctors believe they have saved the leg of Bears TE Zach Miller.

It's a surreal sentence to have to write, but the best possible news. Per coach John Fox, Miller has a "good pulse in his lower leg, and warmth." Miller remains hospitalized in New Orleans. His status should be updated some time in the next 48 hours.
