2/ Escarole
3/ Baby spinach
4/ Radicchio
5/ Asparagus
6/ Green beans
7/ Garbanzo beans
8/ Water chestnuts
9/ Watercress
10/ Bean sprouts
11/ Cherry tomatoes
12/ Zucchini
13/ Cucumber
14/ Red, green, yellow bell peppers
15/ Shallots
16/ Grated carrot
17/ Spanish olives (pimiento)
18/ Black olives
19/ Radish
20/ Spearmint
21/ Avocado
22/ Hard boiled egg
(Added toppings)
23/ Craisins
24/ Blueberries
25/ Strawberries
26/ Tangerine
27/ Dates
28/ Nuts (Cashew, Walnut, Almond, Pecan)
29/ Shelled sunflower seeds
30/ Baked ham
31/ Sharp cheddar
32/ Feta

PS. Also include arugula, diced celery, raw beets (sliced thin) and dried cherries

Just finished one of 1 - 2 - 5 - 11 - 12 - 14 - 16 - 17 - 19 - 21 - 24 - 27 - 28 - 30 - 31 - 32 + diced celery

For dressing, I'm using either Ranch or Raspberry Walnut Vinagrette (Subject to change)

Feta, nuts(whic I eat few of now b/c my 4yo is allergic), strawberries, red onion, greens of your choice tossed with quality balsamic vinagrette. Outta sight:toast:

I like my salads too. The dressing I use is the Zesty Italian Fat Free and only 16 calories so I can use a lot of it.

Absolutely necessary is about 10 chips of Lawrence's pickles :0074

Should be a nice compliment to your daily exercise routine and the absence of foreign smoke in your lungs.

No daily exercise program, I'll get plenty compared to what I'm used to, the last 10 years.

The only time I even think about a cigarette is in the morning but a couple minutes that urge is gone. I'm never going to call myself home free again but I also learned, once again, is I am not allowed any smoke whatsoever ever again.

It was a temporary derailment. It just lasted longer than I had planned.

I hate those nasty things. I felt dirty smoking my last one at the airport huddled around the other smokers. I gave a guy about 3/4 of a pack and my lighter and headed for my gate.

I need to be around to see my granddaughters grow up.

Put red bell pepper, raisins, dates and diced apple in salads.

The "sweetness" may make your kids / grandkids think they're eating candy.

Had a small salad for breakfast and a large version for lunch. Ran out of feta....phooey! Used sliced extra sharp cheddar, but not nearly the same. Crumbled feta pervades the entire salad.
