wow can u imagine if that happened with neteller? lmao it would be mass hysteria.

Yes, lol - however I don't think they would because you can transfer funds for different things other than sportsbooks... so will be interesting to see how they play this.

This simple sentence explains it all.

The US Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve Board will jointly develop implementing rules for the new law, while financial institutions have nine months to incorporate its provision

The Fed and the world banks ARE the mob and have been for a LONG time.

This is just the beginining.

Both parties are bought puppets at the key levels. Its gottten insane and with todays technology its almost reaching the point true revelutionary AMERICANS wont have many options to resist or dissent without simply dissappering mysteriously.

Welcome to the final stages of the New World Order.

People need to pull their head out of their ass like real soon.

Maybe I am looking at this from too simplistic of a view, but why wouldn't a person be able to open a bank account in Canada or some other stable country and simply transact fund transfers from that bank? It would seem simple enough to mail a check for deposit from a US bank to the foreign bank account or vice versa. As long as you use the foreign account as the intermediary, there is no way that a US bank would prohibit deposits or drafts from or to the foreign institution.

thats exactly what I've been asking about...whats to stop us from making deposits and withdrawals into say a Canadian bank...or Swiss bank...and then just transfer the funds over to our Bank in the U.S...?

anybody more knowledgable in this field?

My guess is that a majority of the congressmen purchased or will be buying a large amount of stock in those companies that took a bath today.

There is just to much money to be made for these companies to close shop.

Their stock crashed today but will rebound, I better hurry before its illegal to bet on stocks.

Just my opinion decide for yourself.

I am very knowledgable regarding offshore banking and it is really very simple.

HERE is a link to get anyone started if gambling is more than a hobby. This company has provide me with exceptional service and I could not be more content with the results of my decision to take this route two years ago.

Just wondering, since I've done this before on one site...

As far as depositing money into your account...couldn't you buy a phone card, then transfer the phone card into money in your account. I'm sure there was a fee when I had to do that before.

Then, when withdrawing, just have "XYZ Company" send you a personal check rather than just putting it directly into your account.

I'm not completely clear on exactly whats happening, but seems like it would still be legal to cash a check, even if it was from Antigua.

Here is a reply I got from Carib earlier today when I addressed this topic with them:

Thanks for expressing your concern, as you know, the President must first endorse the Bill by way of his signature. If, and when this occurs, the new law will take quite a while before it is actually enforced as no prescribed regulations will be imposed until 270 days after. During this period, Credit Card companies can comply, however, this in no way makes online gambling illegal. With this said, the only possible impede we can foresee is perhaps ones inability to utilize Credit Card in the future. Regards Melanie.

I was thinking about using my visa card to open up an account at Pinnicle or SBG Global. Will I have a problem doing that?

Its a good thing so far that Bush has not signed it yet. What is he waiting for ?

Maybe he is reading and hearing from some of us US citizens about not voting Republican for the rest of our lives.
