Now that we all know the winner of the championship with still 4 races to go, should we retire? NO WAY

$$$ Let's have fun til the end no?

Data:

Length: 6,968 km

Nb of Laps: 44 (306,592 Km)

Best Lap:
A. Prost - 1'51"095
(93, Williams-Renault)

Record Pole:
M. Hakkinen - 1'48"682
(98, McLaren-Mercedes)

2000 Pole:
M. Hakkinen - 1'50"646
(McLaren-Mercedes)

Longest track of the season and mostly the most appreciated by drivers, Spa-Francorchamps is a track where the thrill is present. Ask drivers how they like Eau rouge corner at 180 mph!

This is a challenging and quick track and again, weather might bring some "actions". Forecast so far is for rain during qualifying and race

I've already two match ups on! Both at WSEX

Panis over De la rosa -130 (1 unit)

Villeneuve over irvine -130 (1 unit)

Don't expect Jaguar's car to perform well here (track needs low downforce configuration wich has been a problem with Jaguar...). On the other side, Villeneuve is loving that track and isn't scare to drive at full speed on Eau rouge corner. Panis is another one who enjoy the place.

More later on this week!

Geez! Three plays and they haven't even started practise yet

Good luck 1837. A good opportunity to put the last Grand Prix behind us

BTW, I'm leaving for a week's holiday on Saturday morning, so I'm not sure if I will have any plays this week

There's bound to be some last-minute hitch that will stop me looking at the qualifying matchups before we leave

And you know I need every last bit of info possible before I part with my money!

Here's a quote from Jacques Villeneuve about the Eau rouge corner:

"It's the best corner. It's fast, very fast, but it's also the layout,? the Canadian explained. ?You're going downhill, it turns just a little bit left, and as soon as you want to change direction the track starts going up. It's completely blind, you see a wall in front of you, and you turn again. It's too tight for the speed you're going actually, and you shouldn't be able to go that fast through it. But because it rises, you have a lot of downforce, and you just muscle through it, and wow, you get up through the other side. Then, after being compressed, the car goes over a hump where you change direction again, goes light and starts bouncing a little bit. So you just go in and somehow the car does the rest, while you just hang through it. You have to survive, and it's just fantastic."

It's raining right now at spa... Talk about a mixed results in practice... That is great! Bookies will be wrong if they put lines according to that results!

Holy crap...

I'm buying back my heidfeld bet. Took Raikkonen +125 over heidfeld at Royalsports. Heidfeld had mechanical problems this morning and didn't race at all!

We saw a practice cancelled and the second one was in two times: first wet conditions wich was VERY good for our picks, next the dry one wich brought the opposite...

First two are Williams with Montoya at the top! Ouch for my 3 units play!

I hope rain will come during qualifying...

Everything is mixed up right now

Oly will put it's match ups soon but with what is going on, it is like throwing a dice! Stanley, you choose your weekend to be off!
