the quality that Bellchick possesses that is rare in sports today is that he has & demands the respect of every player on his team. I saw this the years parcels was here also, he demands respect as well, however he almost receives it in a fearful way. Parcels will use any manner or so ever to have his players fear & respect him. admittedly unlike baseball coaches in football have leverage on their side, however Bellchick has a understanding with his players that few have. Also Charlie Weiss & Romeo Cremmel are 2 of the most gifted coordinators in all the NFL.

I have no allegiance to any team other than the one I am betting in the NFL. I enjoy going to Titans games though. But I don't see how anyone with a Colts avatar can make fun or criticize any coach.
