While staying at the casino for the madjacks golf outing i played quite a bit bigger money blackjack in which the blackjack pit boss said on two different nights they would be glad to take care of my hotel rooms for the 3 nights.

I just got my credit card bill and they charged me for all 3 nights at 825.69.

could somebody give me the number to the hotel?

And before i called i was wondering if anyone else had this problem? let me know , ARROW:toast:

First of all. 3 nights shouldn't cost you $825.69 at Belterra.

No clue what the deal is. If you were comped, take it up with them.

As much as u were playing when I saw u, all the nights should have been comped as well as any meals at Ruby's u charged to ur room. I know u did that at least one of the nights, so that might be included in the charge? Definitely, u should be comped out though. $250 players get comped I'm positive of that, and ur playing was far north of that.

i was just on hold for 25 minutes, hung up and called back and same lady that directed me to the front dest directed me to a guy named Matt who is the hotels asst director,lol whatever the fuck that is. :shrug: So if you ask for reservations they direct you to a real person, but if you call having a dispute with billing on a credit card they direct you to a phone that no one else will answer,lol :nono: LUVIN IT
