with the SB almost upon us, i'm sure they're saving the best for last.

recent NFL ads feauturing Don Cheadle hit the spot. i saw him trying to race dante hall during the playoff game, and attempting to kick like viniatieri, along with the plethera of others (diamond ring, guarantee, #7, so on). the coors light w/kid rock (somebodys gotta feel this), ac/dc and twins campaign not too shabby. and the new NFL network --its nice to be rich (w/rich eisen) though unspectacular, seems to get me with the song they always play--anyone know that tune?
--anyone got any other favs????--i'm sure theres tons i'm jus missin. i wasnt overly impressed with the recent its good to be king (lebron) james NIKE ad, as much of a fan of bernie mac that i am. decent cameos though--if in fact that was gervin i thought i saw.

I've thought both Lebron Nike commericals have flat-out sucked. That one where he just stands there with the ball and everyone is wondering what he's doing and the crowd becomes quiet. That was one of the worst commercials I've seen. And as hard as it is to screw something up with Bernie Mac in it, Nike nearly suceeded in doing it.

For some reason I really like the Westin Inn commercials. The music is soothing and the black and white images just seem like normal, everyday people escaping from the grind of life. Very well done IMO.
