I'm not a big TV guy, but I try to watch the following shows regularly: All football games, NFL Primetime, MNF (gets special attention), Sopranos , Sex and the City (don't laugh , I have a wife), & SportsCenter and The Practice.<P>
Things I watch when channel surfing: kurby Iron Chef, Sienfield, Simpsons, Space Ghost coast to coast, History Channel, Headline News, Any hot chick on MSNBC, Fraizer, OZ, Howard Stern, Night Court . <P>
Things I refuse to watch::nooo: Anna Nicole Smith Show, Award Recap shows where they talk about clothing, anything on LIFETIME or OXYGEN, any MTV shows (I've outgrown them), Friends, Trading Spaces (wife again).

5. old b&w game show reruns on Game Show Network overnight -- particularly To Tell The Truth and I've Got A Secret.

The weekend werstern series reruns on Hallmark Channel are pretty good too -- Rawhide, Rifleman etc. Writing was so much better then.
