There is a curling event in October of this year on the same day as the world series......

I'll take the opening day of baseball season - which also includes the NC of college basketball on that same night....

That is my fav day by far - but I'm a huge baseball fan, and I realize not everyone is into baseball.....

But Saturday will be a good one too - no doubt!

I certainly like the Kentucky Derby but my favorite day is March Madness first 4 days...aaahhh does not get any better than that for me so many games to bet on and win or go home...

I also like the first weekend of college football and NFL, thats just me...

Super Bowl is depressing...7 long months till it comes back

October is the best month of the year. So I'll take whatever day there's the world series + nfl games...can't get any better than that!! Plus there's a good shot of a MMA event as well!

back in the day nothing could beat New Year's Day. One or two college b-ball games than all the big bowl games packed on top of each other. Not as many sports, but still the best sports day in my mind.

I do not like the way they are spread out now, but New Years day is a good day too, hell if football is on its a good day
