A lot of good advice given already. My thoughts, actually, are that it doesn't matter the size of your bankroll per day, tho. It shouldn't matter if you bet $10, $100 or $1000 a day. IMHO, the $10 strategies should be the same as the $1000 ones.( Win, win, win with what is a comfortable money management system) Keep your comfortable money management plan. If you like a game alot, a certain pre planned % of your bankroll should go on that game. Or, just decide that all games are of equal value and divide your 'roll accordingly. What I would not do, however, is pick 5 games one day @ $20 per and if there is only one game of liking the next day, I would not lay my entire bankroll on it. (unless you are really in love with the game) Hope You Hit Em THE HITMAN
EDIT: Oh yeh, parlays. Generally speaking, they lead to ruin. Not so much in bases where you get the benefit of a truer line with them. Some folks like the "turn two fairly heavy faves into one dog" theory with them, but you still need two wins. Hell, its hard enough to get one sometimes !! But in other sports, any established bettor will/should tell you over the long run and as your only plays, they will eventually erode your cash. Still, even in bases, I would not play more than 20-25% of my $ on any given day on parlays, special circumstances excepted, of course.
