Old thread, i have been using bet365 longer than i remember, 20 years ?
A few weeks back they started KYC with me, they keep asking new documents and my information over and over again. I have sent enough documents and info to be pretty f'n sure it's me.
Now my account is suspended and i have withdrawn everything that was there (no problems with that at all). Don't know what game they are playing but looks like my money isn't good there anymore and they just want to get rid of me.

I have been using them since I think 1996.
They kick players out quick...if you win big with them, you are a goner. This is most likely what happened with you, of course usually they just send an e-mail saying basically "we no longer want your action".
I myself have been banned from betting tennis at Bet365 (got banned decades ago), they let me bet other sports, but not tennis.
I will say it is a bit odd they are playing the "KYC game", maybe there is just some mix up and they suspended your account by accident? As I said, if they ban you, they usually just tell you why you are banned and that's it. Maybe because you are in Finland they gotta just pull the "KYC card" and just ban you that way?
Bottom line is this.....Bet 365 hates winners, they shut ya down pretty quick if you go "on a heater", they have always been like that. Although I will say this, now that it is legal in many countries, they don't ban people quite as much as they used to, so there is that.
