Agree. Never waited long for any response via email or live chat. These 2 making negative comments are full of shit.

Betone I am a disabled person signed up with betagame I can not get any help on chat email person said betagame gives no help is this so ?
Just took me all of 5 minutes to get a deposit done. Live chat with Kurt, invoice sent, invoice paid and credited within minutes.

I had Will back in like early September when I was making
my first ever deposit at his book to play in the contests here,
get back to me in like under three minutes in the middle of the
night (2 am to 3 am my time/pacific time). Three minutes in the
middle of the night. Only Will. You wont find that anywhere else.
Will's customer service is amazing. Good Guy and Good Book and
Good Sponsor. I have dealt with everyone in this industry and I
think he's one of the best at customer service, etc.
