i hope like hell what i`m seeing over there isn`t their permanent set-up...why not just leave it looking like 5 dimes?...easy to navigate...clear as a bell...perfectly functional...

it wasn`t broke(at least from this client`s perspective...maybe something wasn`t working for them internally?)....

Not so interesting bug right now:

A losing wager gets graded immediately.
A winning wager ... takes a LONG TIME to get graded.

Not really liking the new site but may take some time to get use to it.

May want to keep track that plays are graded correctly since they are not completed.

Have to type in username and passwords manually.

Daily figures and transactions only show winning plays.

Hope it gets fixed soon.

Really hating the upgrade. May have to look into a new book. Any suggestions?

grading plays take forever, into next day.
Grading used to be super quick. Now, it takes hours, especially on live bets. Except for losing live bets as they are still graded quickly (in the Tickets tab of the Live screen).

Have to type in username and passwords manually.
I'm still able to login with saved/prefilled username and pw.

Daily figures and transactions only show winning plays.
For me, every time I place a wager, it shows up as a "LOST" for the wager amount. Then if I win, then another entry is shown as a "WON" for the payout amount (wager + win). And the transaction page only shows the ticket number and wager amounts; it does not show what you bet on. I hate this display.

Yes very confusing for the grading system. I feel like I got cheated Wednesday. Being dumb, played way too much plays (was getting withdrawals after 1 day of not betting 😂😂😂)

FYI.

So I kept track (of course cut down the amount of plays) for yesterday. They graded a play as a lost instead of a win. Chatted with them and got it corrected.

So I feel more so that there was a mistake on Wednesday. I?m asking to send all my graded plays for Wednesday via email.

Need to keep track of all plays here on out.
