Just my opinion. They will be one of the next books to go down. Quoting one of their "reps". We don't worry about the numbers, We are signing up hundreds every week.:nono:

Their server never used to be anywhere close to this slow......somethings real fishy at this site lately. I havent been able to access the site all weekend.

My advice: If you have money in there....get it the hell out until they can prove their not about to go under.

If thats the case, then I, being a client, would have greatly appreciated an email stating that they had been attacked.

No email.

I mean, cmon.....whats the last thing you want to do as a business? Make your clients feel uneasy about their investments would be my first guess....and thats exactly what this operation has done for me:nono:

Very true and I am not saying this was/is their problem.

I have found that Customer Service is basically non existant with the offshore's.

After getting burnt with Aces Gold a while back I pulled all my money out. I am just playing with 2 local's now. There are less betting options and access is limited to a few hours each day. So, my line shopping went south. But, I don't have to worry about getting my money anymore.....

Our site was down for quite some time, due to the DDoS attacks. We refused to pay the extorsion fee. Our techs and ISP were doing everything they could when we were first hit, normally it was just on the weekend. Then they started all through the week as well. Anyone who was complaining about not being able to play on the internet was given the option to do a few things while our site was down. Money, financial resource, etc had nothing to do with our site being down. Payouts of all amounts were going out everyday, just like normal. While our site was down, there were no reports of no or slow pays.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate those of you who continued to play with us and use the call center in our down time. Everything is back up now and running great and we shouldn't be affected if they try to attack again.
Thank you and good luck.
Justin
