aggies are much improved, but Utah shouldda won last year after horrific 1st half at College station

Utah has more experience returning and definitely has been pointing to this game all offseason

typically season openers are all high profile games, and i expect A&M to be emotionally ready, but this team is still inexperienced somewhat and i dont expect the passing game to be effective yet

defense needs time to gel and cozy confines of Kyle field is where i expect it to gel....not necessarily in Utah....

gonna be a tough one to keep close late for teh Ags...i expect Utah to win this one by 2-3 scores...

freeze, why do you suppose Utah should have won last year. A&M's Defense was handling them until their middle LB Morris went down (he was a solid 265lb senior LB) The depth at that point was Stickane who has been a squad player who ran something like a 5 flat it seems. Either way the dropoff was astronomical and hence Utah ran up the middle and by Stickane for the rest of the game which allowed them back in it. I agree Ags need time to gel but think they have enough to get by Utah straight up. I personally have it teased and expect a semi shootout.

Like the play. Seems most people are betting on Dennis Franchione and not Texas A&M. I agree that Utah still should have won the game last year. Also Alex Smith was not the QB for Utah in that game. He was above average in the 11 he played in, 15 TD's and 2 INTs. Good luck to us.

got a few more....lots of favorites in week 1....

dont like em as much as the Utah game but think they are worthy nonetheless.....

UCLA -1 -110 ....OSU just too many new faces in key places to play well out in Cali for first game of year.....

Mizzou -32.5 -110 ....lots of points but preseason expectations and hype get tigers off to big 50 point win against toilet Arky state

Texas -26 -110 ...defense and running game get shutout win perhaps in this one....i see lots of big plays for the horns

Kansas -4 -110 ...fatgino gets win at home as kansas should get it done in opener

Good luck this weekend. I'm normally weary of the big faves, but I think you're on the right side in all of those games.
