I'm leaning OU with Nebraska's crappy QB situation and the fact Nebraska hasn't won a Big 12 title in 11 years.

No T-Magic = no offense for Neb. Also wouldn't put it past the Big XII to have another 16-2 penalty ratio game in favor of OU.
