Watching these games the past 2 days sure seems like these 2 conferences get away with murder based upon the perception of being physical conferences.

Of course they are physical my point is they get away with fawking hacking and bumping and the calls don't go both ways. Congrats are your win tough east coast philly guy:mj07:
Big East is VERY physical and it makes a huge difference how games are called when they go outside the conference.
There is one team that plays almost just as physical on defense. Its Duke. The difference with Duke is, they want to hold and grab on defense and be this "tough, physical" team. But they also want to flop and get those calls, and they want the game called close when they are on offense.
And for the most part, they get all of the above.
Didn't see much in their game against Texas. Only thing that really irritated me was that Singler and others went over the back on last couple offensive rebounds and not only didn't have it called, but ended up on the line with game tied, which was big.
But, TX missed a lot of FT's and chances to win the game. Duke can shoot and is looking really good last few games...
