west virginia cant seem to win big games in the 2nd half, not covering the past 4 games as well. The line should drop tomorrow due to Pitt backers. Im lookin for no more than a basket spread before tipoff and I may hop on W. Virg. The home crowd always a factor, especially in games that need to be won. This past weekend was a great example of that.............home teams absolutely kicked ass or got a cover!!! Except for TENN!!!! Bastards!! But good luck either way
I'll be on WV. They are soooo tough at home. I believe they get an easy cover tomorrow. Pittsnoogle will not go scoreless like he did in their first meeting when Pitt got a 4pt. win (0-18). Gansey was only good for 11 in that meeting as well.

great post acer, i tend to agree, i have hit WV hard all year and am happy with the results. They will not lose this game. Im not going to play this one until tip off because Pitt money will come in and either move the line or give a big indication of who vegas is confident with.acer69 said:

I have to agree with Acer, I will be on WVU tonite....I think they will be focused tonite and get rolling for Senior Nite!.....Also, I think this applies as a System play, when a lower ranked or unranked team is giving points to a higher ranked team....Go eers!!
I am from Pittsburgh and the articles in the paper are talking about how huge of a game this is for Pitt. The players know this b/c if they lose, they are a 6 seed in the Big East Tourney!! They are a confident bunch fellas and they seem to never get rattled. There 4 losses on the road this year are by 5, 4, 3 and 2 in that order also. I have watch a lot of WVU games this year and I believe that they are struggling right now.
This is a difference b/t a 3 seed and a 6 seed for the Panthers in the Big East Tourney and the players are quoted saying they want the bye. The Mountaineers have done nothing to impress me in recent weeks and I can tell you this. Everyone in Pgh Pa expect a loser this year. And they got nothing but wins. This is a very scrappy, hard-nose, fighting team. This give great effort and I cannot see why they don't tonight. It should be a very competitive game. Close game!

I am by no way a Pitt fan as a PSU alum, but I tend to agree with Lee here. It just seems a lot on this forum and another forum I frequent are all over WVU -3/-3.5 at home. IMO, this smells like a trap to me...I think Pitt covers this one.
