Wanted to post this game early so will be back with other picks.

Guy Morris, coach of the Baylor Bears, has decided that he wants to give his up and coming class some game experience. He burned his red shirt true freshman QB last week against TTech and Karas is a graduating senior. His thinking is what better game to let his class for next year to play in.

Stoops on the other side is saying that he should have let Jason White play more last week for his Heisman chances. Even though alot has been made of the running up the score issue, the best this game could be is a 60 something to 0 score.

Baylor on the road and the coach saying that he would like to give some Freshman some experience. What do you do????

Take Oklahoma -53 BIG!!! :D

I keep thinking, I'd like to start off the game 52-0 though. I would have to imagine that Baylor would run the ball. They did get blown out by Texas Tech, but I dunno, I don't think I can pull the trigger on -52.

Good luck

JAYCADD,

How does that commercial go...."WHAT'S IN YOUR WALLET???"
52-53 alot to lay and may not be enough to take, BEARS might get butchered, last home game in Norman(?). Do you do drugs?
I think I'll watch this one if I get the chance and wait for your other plays. KSU @ NEB, opinions...GO SOONERS!!!

OU rout TEX A&M 77-0 last week and A&M rout BAYLOR 73-10. So I think this game should be over by first half.

Kstate will exploit Nebraska and cover the number easily....KState is similiar to Texas in alot of ways, and this is the worst Neb team in about 20 years......in my opinion.....lay it with KState for sure.....

I agree with ya Horn. This is a very overrated Nebraska team. KState has found it's groove and the wheels have been falling off the NU wagon. Lay the point. And, I don't care about how NU plays at home etc. This is KStates chance to redeem itself. They also will try to play the spoiler roll by beating OU in the Big 12 championship game. It is in KC this year and OU doesn't seem to like the cold. It makes those knee braces that Jason wears too tight!!! ;)

You guys heard it here first (maybe), lay the wood. OU is going to roll!!!! I expect the defense to score 21 points on it's own. Add Jason White's 4 TD passes to that and K. Jones 2 running TD's and you have 63.

I think a good hedge would be to take the over. If Baylor is going to cover, it is going OVER.

It was also just announced that Cory Ross will get the starting nod vs. the Wildcats on Saturday over Josh Davis. THis is the weakest Neb team KState will have faced in over 20 years. The line is low just due to Kstate's recent performance in Lincoln, dont let that sway you off of Kstate. One of the biggest weaknesses for NU's Defense is their inability to stop QB's that run/scramble and Roberson will do every bit of that on them. Just look what the HORNS just did to them two weeks ago. Kstate's RB Sproles is every bit as good as Benson for UT, and with the KState O-line as good as UT's, I think we will see a similar game as the UT/NU game. Good luck........

My good friends godson is an assistant at KState and they are VERY confident about this game. They feel that they are the better team and that the only thing they can't control is the weather and turnovers. They bussed down early this year instead of flying and are practicing now.

NU is good at home, but again, that was the teams of old.

FWIW this assistant also said that they would match up well with OU but that OU was not just good, but a great team......

Dec. 6th in Kansas City!!!:D

Will have my other leans tomorrow.

so k-st is in lincoln already? very odd as for bussing i would have always thought they bussed to lincoln i know nebr. drives to manhatten weather should not be a factor so looks like k st is home free actually though a husker fan i cant disagree with the general lean of this thread certainly k st has the better talent and will probably dominate but one never knows with home field and revenge i feel that this years team is better than last years, mostly coaching and attitude, not personnel i dont feel nebr is overated because i think every one recognizes that they arent very good some strong sentiment here in lincoln for ne. getting blown out both of last to 2 games to speed solich on his way 2 wins and they face okla. and dont know of anybody who would look forward to that certainly k st would appear to be better situated to take on the sooners than ne.
