Big unit's line dropping fast

it was -320 at rio hours ago. up from morning, but

-285 a few mins ago

-275 now

any idea what is happening

Looks to be scalper moves.

Can any of you fine gents explain what scalping is to me? Sorry for my ignorance.

For instance

Arizona - 280 that where the line opened in most places early last night. Scalpers knowing in 9 out of 10 cases public will bet this up so they buy as much of this as they can.


LATER in the day public bets up the game way to much. I saw this line @ -330 in a few places today

Florida+300 or if they where sitting @310 +290.

SO basically you are getting free money. You will see this in many of the big numbered games or games that looks to get lots of public action. For instance a tv game with A big name starter facing a middle of the road starter.

Now after the line has closed it looked like a scalp. After they bet it down the line creeped back up from the original number they bet down. Just my read will see what happens.
