After a disappointing start of the season, the Huskers are rallying. They gave Texas all they wanted. They stayed with Kansas for a quarter (well, almost a half), but they never gave up. Then they put a licking on K-State. Nebraska appears to be rallying around Callahan. I like the Huskers straight up, with both teams are coming off bye weeks. Nebraska +4.5

Texas and TAMU are two teams going different directions. After back to back losses, Texas has won 5 in a row. TAMU has lost three in a row, but those to good conference teams. Texas -5.5

I hope that I'm not just Homer Simpleton, but I played Texas medium early @ -5, and doubled up yesterday @ -5.5. See that game as a 2 - 3 TD win for the Horns (see my other post).
It is 6 to 6.5 now, headed to 7 by kick.

I'm on the other side of your Nebraska pick, albeit in a very small way. Can't argue with your logic. This used to be a big rivalry game. Don't know if Callahan knows or even cares, but Tom Osburn sure does. Would be surprized if Callahan hasn't spent more time packing, than on the game-plan.

Not sure if the team is rallying around Callahan, or around the return of Osborne. At any rate, the resurgence is there to a degree, and they may be more up for this one than the Buffs, I agree. Good luck to you.
