Season to Date: 1-0 +5.0 units

This week I will use LSU-2.

Tiger front four including DT Lavalais and DE's Hill and Spears are animals. UGA 5 new starters on O-line. Tiger LB's are Fast, Fast, Fast. Secondary led by CB Webster full of young talent. Tiger offense led by 24 year old, heady QB Mauck is deep. Top 3 WR would start most anywhere, Clayton is SPECTACULAR. Good 1-2 punch at RB with holes opened up by extermely powerful O Line. Tigers as a complete unit are as big, fast and strong as any team in the nation with depth at all offensive skill positions.

Tigers have 3 injuries to keep an eye on---- WR Clayton and C Wilkerson both should be 100% and SS Hunt is coming off of a concussion. One of the Tiger weaknesses is placekicking. Unless corrected it will cost them at least one game this season. But, not this week. Team will be pumped up and tiger stadium will be electric (too bad it's not a night game).

LSU 27 UGA 13

looking at UConn -24 over Buffalo as well as Pitt -10 over Toledo. I will look seriously at field conditions before making a play on the Huskies or Panthers.

from dandy don:

LSU will be in good shape health-wise for the game. Jack Hunt, Michael Clayton, Randall Gay and Ben Wilkerson all returned to practice Tuesday and it looks good that all four of the players will play in the game against Georgia Saturday. I was hoping that Kirston Pittman would return to practice this week, but there is still a chance that he might play in the game Saturday. Pittman is listed as day-to-day. Terrell McGill is practicing at full speed and could see playing time Saturday afternoon.

Top Plays: LSU -2 and Bama -13.5

Adding: LSU Pick 7 units:weed:

LSU is not getting any respect from the 'public'. People do not know how good Matt Mauck is at the QB position. By the end of the season Mauck will be heralded as one of the SEC's finest QBs.

Also, Georgia HC Mark Richt has been spitting out tons of bulletin board material for this already amped LSU squad.
