I doubt it because I have never seen a bike on an elevator in any of the times that I have been to Vegas....I would try Motel-6.

a friend rented mountain bike from this place, who also rent road bikes.

You almost never see cyclists on, or near, the Strip 'cause traffic is so dangerous and there aren't designated bike lanes.

biking is pretty nice way to get around in the outskirts of town, weather permitting...
