How does this happen?

Some folks here in North Carolina are pushing the idea of offering in-state tuition for illegal aliens in North Carolina's colleges and universities.

North Carolina is now number two in the rate of increase for illegal immigration. Make this idiotic idea a law and soon North Carolina will be vying for number one.

Remember, you get more of the behavior you reward, and less of the behavior your punish. How could you consider in-state tuition for illegal aliens anything but a reward for illegal behavior?

It makes sense if you think about it. Now about all they can do is menial labor which the corporations can pay them a measley amount to do. But, if we eduate them they could handle more complex jobs. And still be paid a measley wage.

Sure, but why don't we give legal out of state citizens an in-state tuition?

Imagine the future, an illegal immigrant doctor, very cheap. No need for medical insurance, and you can't sue 'em 'cause they're ilegal.

it gets me sick that people are pushing illegals to either get a drivers license or let them into our universities.

illegals are breaking the law, they are criminals, & they should be deported or arrested.

let the gov'ts.where these illegals come from do something that is unique for them & develop jobs for their people.

and people who hire illegals should be fined.

Are large corporations really the ones hiring the illegal immigrants here in the states?

I know they outsource a lot of jobs overseas, but I don't think you can blame yet another problem on the big, bad, and rich.

You can blame their country clubs for hiring maintenance help, but my impression is that illegals are not working in too many high rises.

around here the businesses that are hiring illegals are companies restaurants, landscapers, country clubs, hotels, etc.

I agree we should go after whoever is hiring them. I was only joking when I saidf we should we should educate them. But I can't blame their Governments, it is our Government that is to blame. And that goes for both parties! But the one in charge is the one that should take the hit.
