not again....

oakland won by 6

If you had oakland at - 6 you pushed

If you had oakland at -6.5 you lost

If you had oakland at -7 you lost

If you shoped around and found it at 5.5 you won

Bears, road, MNF, etc..

Bears, road, MNF, etc..

I completely respect this trend, the numbers speak for themselves, however, I have to believe it comes to an end this week.

Urlacher may not play, his shoulder is banged up, and if he does, he will be severely limited in movement. Ricky should rake huge yardage.

Bears are awful on MNF, always have been since the good old days, on the road too, double-awful.

Also, I believe that Miami will be celebrating the 30th annivesary of their undefeated season on this night, no way they want to disappoint.

Again, completely respect a great trend, but having watched the Bears all season, I see no way the come within 9 in this game.

Exactly what I thought in week 11 the bears on the road at STL
on Monday Night getting, I believe as 9 not for sure, and they ended up losing by 5 therefore covering the spread.

We will see.

Agreed about the St.Louis game, I thought the Rams were a lock, but Miami has a lot to play for, including coming off a loss to ... drum roll please ... the infamous Bills and their trend, Bears w/out Urlacher ... no A-Train, half the starters are banged up, I don't see bears getting over 13 points, so, I think Miami can put up 24 on them

Miami 34 Bears 13

Ok, everyone loves this trend, and I can't argue how well it has done. I won't even argue whether it won, lost or pushed last week. Doesn't matter.

What I would like to know though is WHY is this happening? Can anyone give me a reason why this is a valid trend, other than the fact that it keeps on winning? What do the Buffalo Bills do to a team that makes other teams unable to cover their game a week later? Are they that physical that teams just can't recover from the experience? Are they that unorthodox that teams are completely screwed up the next week and can't adjust to playing against anyone else? Or is it a complete total fluke, that is bound to happen at some point given enough opportunities?

I guess it's pretty obvious how I view it. I see it as a fluke, and if it makes you money, great, but I see no logical reason why this should be viewed as anything but coincidence. And I'm not criticizing anyone who bets on it...always ride the streak as they say. Just trying to find out why, that's all. Because as I see it makes absolutely no sense at all.

Thanks.

Hmm

Hmm

No clue why. Nor do I care actually :p
I'm a trend player & this "trend" has made me $$.
I'm one not to question something that works but if someone has a clue I wouldn't mind hearing it either ;)

I've played it since Senor has given us this trend but don't you think it makes better sense to wait until kickoff? I think the public will be all over the Fins and I'm hoping the line jumps to 10. I did this last week and caught the Jets at 6.5.

Do you think it's worth waiting?

RESPECT THE TREND (I THINK) BUT IT WILL BE PUT TO THE TEST IF URLACHER DOES NOT PLAY.

I fully expect expect Ricky Williams to rip the Bears? defense.
But Chicago?s pass game might do good against a weak secondary.

Remember Ricky Williams rushed for 228 yards LW and Miami still lost by 17!

Urlacher is the only person in the NFL who can single handedly shut down a great running back. If he plays, Williams will be nutruelized, if not Miami will roll on my beat up Bears

Might as well wait. I have Miami now at 10.5. Can you see the worm squirming on the hook? One may be getting baited!
