Tyrod Taylor has been benched as the Bills' starting quarterback in favor of fifth-round rookie Nathan Peterman.

This comes four days after Taylor went 9-of-18 for just 56 yards in an embarrassing Week 10 home loss to the Saints. Peterman came in for mop-up work late, going 7-of-10 for 79 yards and a touchdown, and coach Sean McDermott is now rolling with his handpicked guy. Taylor is a holdover from ex-coach Rex Ryan and may have played his final snap for the Bills. Due a $10 million salary and $6 million roster bonus next year, Taylor is an offseason cut candidate.

Arizona Sports' Mike Jurecki reports Blaine Gabbert will start Week 11 against the Texans.

Drew Stanton is dealing with a knee sprain suffered last Thursday night in the loss to Seattle. Stanton has started the past two games in Carson Palmer's (arm) absence and has led the Cardinals to a 1-1 record. Gabbert was signed back in May and had a pretty good preseason, completing 61.2% of his passes and averaging 8.2 YPA.

Coach Mike Zimmer confirmed Case Keenum will start Week 11 against the Rams.

It was an obvious decision after Keenum flamed the Redskins for 304 yards and four touchdowns on the road last week. Keenum, of course, played for the Rams last season. Their defense will present a much stiffer challenge than the Redskins offered last week, but Keenum at least gets them at home.

We'll undoubtedly see Teddy Bridgewater at some point this season.
