Both are not plays because in both games the predictions are on opposite sides .

Doc, do you mind sharing the close ones? I usually play them and they do pretty well.. I know they aren't official, but it will save me alot of work.

The smaller conference has two. Keep in mind the B.B. system does not qualify these
small conference as plays. I am not playing these 2 games because of the small conference exclusion.

Using Sagarins rankings it looks like Butler -9 would be a play over St Johns? Can you guys confirm if I?m out of my mind on this?

Thought I would take a look at this again. Has anyone been tracking? I see several plays today.. anyone want to check my math.

Arkansas -3' @ Auburn
Baylor -42' vs. Alcorn
Furman -8 @ Chattanooga
Georgia -2 vs. Miss St
Indiana -5' vs. Penn St
UNC Ashville -4 @ Longwood
Tennessee -3' @ Missouri
SMU -7 @ Temple
Winthrop -17 vs. Campbell

Two questions:

1. Billy would only include certain conferences - which above would not qualify?
2. I am seeing wildly different opening lines -- scoresandodds and vegasinsider are very different. For example, scoresandodds shows Tennessee opening at -2' and VI has -4 -- depending which opening line is "correct" would affect the play :shrug:

I appreciate your bringing this post back to light. I was going to do so myself. Per Billy these are the conferences he doesn't "follow":

NEC
Southland
SWAC
MEAC

Furman and Chat are in the Southern Conference
UNC-Ashville, Longwood, Winthrop and Campbell are in the Big South Conference

If the numbers are correct they would all be a play. Again, from Billy...

Look at these two programs and play against the pics that vary more than 4 points away from the Las Vegas line. Both need to have that variance

Example:
Team a is 10 point favorite over team b

Both programs will need to have either team a winning by 14 points Or winning by six points or less remember you do not play the expected team you play anti-selection
