Parlay is usually an a$$ but this seems to be a legit question. My answer would be that Billy's plays are based on opening lines. The line still moves and tries to even out the money. By Vegas opening the line one way..more money in the beginning comes in on the other side..the side that is not going to win. As the line moves, the money may even out more. I'm not sure where some people get the stats of which side has how much money, but it would be interesting to look at.

Truthfully, I don't care. I've been following Billy for 2 years now and think this system is true genious..seriously. I absolutely love it. I just wish I had the info on how to set my own lines and q factor. But for now...I'll just tail.

When it is totally perfected I will eiither sell my qfactor program in software form or set up a website with all my numbers and picks. (for a small monthly fee). But who knows the system may lay an egg this year and I might need to go back to the drawing board.
