One note: If you can get a line on the army game bet against them and give up to 7 points. Their q factor has dropped the most in the country in the last month. Means they are a very tired team. Lafayette is a horrible team playing on the road but ............

System play for 2/13

NC -7 line should be -7 (adj for uconn player out)

Morning line opened at 10 thats why they are the play . I adjusted the line 4 points for the injured uconn player ( I am aware he aveges 16 ppg but other players will get some of that and his replacement will get @ 7 or 8) If you fell the adjustment of 4 is too low then NC should not be a play for you.

I never tweak the lines but I added that 4 points because it is a known injury not something witheld to public.

Best of luck to all. Win or lose today ,Its my 9th straight winning week with this system and no losing ones.

Billy, what does your system say about Ga Tech giving 8?

Thanks

Any other games not selected means the lines are within 2 1/2 of being the correct lines. In turn that means that it is a no bet for me and my system

I have been following your system since day one too and this doesn't seem to make sense to me. I don't want to be one of the guys that gets on here and asks all kinds of questions about your system but if a uconn player is out wouldnt they be getting more points rather then less? Sorry for the misunderstanding.

without thi injury my line would have been nc-3 over uconn vegas opened line at -10 to account for injury. with that in mind my system selected nc as the pick. i added an extra 4 points to my figure for the uconn player out, and it is still a play. ml -10 projected line -7. whati said is if you fell 4 points isnt enought to add to nc total dont bet NC. I fell 4 is right.

Thanks for the clarification, but you really don't need to explain yourself over and over again. Basically the line changed because of the injury to Rashad Anderson and your system made the adjustment. BB, stick to your guns with your system...if the system works and guys in the forum are playing it, don't feel that you have to explain the dynamics every time. If bettors in this forum need more info, they should do their own research and due diligence on each game. Keep up the good work...stick to your system...so far so good.

BB, Gotcha now...thanks for the explanation.

Dennis,

Why does everyone in this forum have to get so defensive and find the need to make a counter-post to someone's simple questions when it isn't even their thread?

Billy's post today obviously caused more confusion than to just me as there was more than my question on it. I know how his system works, but today he made some addition other than just what the play was due to a key injury, which he usually does not do.

Hey, if Billy choosed to respond or not, that's his choice. He did not have to respond to our questions regarding his selection/post. But you know what, he did.

And as far as doing out own research, this is not an instance of doing research, it is asking a simple clarifying questions regarding a statement. Isn't that what this forum is for?!! If it was a forum where people just made their posts, there would not be any conversation, controversy, or communication.

I understand some people post rediculous questions on here, but when you can obviously see that more than one (and I am sure many more guessing from the number that have viewed his posts) had a question on a post, let the person who is being asked the question decide whether or not to respond.

Billy,

Probably a good push for you given the first half. Noticed you said the morning line for the game was -10. Where did you get that from? Vegas? Here was the opening line and moves from LVSC:

LVSC
2/12 15:36 ET - N. Carolina -7.0 (161.0o/u)
2/13 12:10 ET - N. Carolina -7.5 (163.0o/u)
2/13 12:41 ET - N. Carolina -8.0 (162.0o/u)

Keep up the good work and I'm sure we'll see some winners on Monday!

Thanks Vol and Kcwolf. . .

Billy,

What opening lines are you interested in: those that Vegas first releases or those that the books first put out? They certainly aren't the same so I'm wondering what would work best with your system. Thanks

I often use the game matchup line at vipstats or sportsfanatik. 99 % of the time the same. Not the first betting line.
