Have to give him credit for getting to the championship game in 2000 (though they were almost out of the tourney the first day), but has any coach done less with the talent he has had the past five years or so? He's been a terrible coach in the Big Dance.

my sentiment exactly. at some point, hes gotta stop living off that title run with miller, haslem, and co.
and i LIKE him as a coach. but his teams grossly underachieve and dont seem to improve as the season goes along

im willing to give snyder a few more years. its clear he can recruit. and i dont think hes that bad of a game coach. hes just gotta keep his talent on the floor and out of jail.
