Biloxi

Anybody have any useful info on Biloxi. Where to go , where not to go. Don't feel like taking the long trip out to vegas this year so I think I'll take the 1 hour flight up to Biloxie for a weekend. Thinking of staying at the Isle of Capri.

Have never stayed there, have always stayed at The Grand, Imperial Palace, and Beau Rivage. The Grand Casino is being rebuilt. The Beau is the nicest. Usually stay at the IP now as they have updated following the Huricane and the poker is better.

The Beau Rivage is by far the nicest! Has the best shows and places to eat. Also has some good shops. I heard somewhere it is a small replica of the bellagio.

I know they don't have sports betting but do they have places to watch football games?
I can use a local for that but would be nice to watch a few games in a big crowd atmosphere

No doubt its the nicest, but it also attracts better players which is why said IP has better Poker.

Yes all of the three I metioned above have places to watch games. Specifically the IP has a bar called Highlights that has multiple screens to watch all the sports you want. Many if not all have an area with multiple screens for us degenerates:mj07:

I enjoyed staying at the IP.

I also won $375 playing $1/2 no-limit for about an hour and a half. I made about 3 really dumb moves (not value betting correctly) that probably cost me another $50-75 total.

Summary: If I can win like this, then the game is easy!
