Can anyone post the status of our current search for him? I know it doesn't get much coverage, but I think there is a campaign going on.

Palehose that was one of the stupidest things I have ever read.

How can bush live with himself? 4 years after 3000 innocent people died and he led us to war in the wrong place to keep the heat off his family friends' son Osama.

Bush is definately a hero all right !!..... lets see Since Bill left down our guard by removing all of our wet agents including the sole Al Quada wet agent we had ......Source 911 Commission

and

Since Bill Let Osama go not once but twice ( and I have to admit the 1st time he should get a pass he had no way of recieving him leagally ) but the second time being after the 1st Trade Center Bombings not only should he have taken him but leagally the 1993 bombings paved the way .

Source ...911 Commision ( great book by the by ..another great lesson on why you shouldnt vote for a Dem right now )

and

Since Bill Cut 400,000 troops ....gee who needs troops . Source DoD website read and weep !

and

Since the trade center bombings were being planned from 1997 to 2000 but we never saw it because Bill made us blind with his deep CIA cuts and rules ( see above on wet agents ) Source 911 commission .

Bush cleaned up that mess and now .................

There have been 0 attacks on the motherland !!!!!!!

He took their Money and He took it to there backyard not mine ...I like fighting these guys with the brave souls that signed up in our Volantary Military to serve our nation ! They are doing a great job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  . On the otherhand we werent doing so great fighting these guys with our police and fire dept .

My guess is Bush is sleeping very well being that he dosent have those ghosts in his closet ! I am proud of him sticking to his 911 speech were he said your either with us or against us ....guess what ? HE MEANT IT ! Guess something else ????

Where the FK does that leave Saudi Arabia then, genius? There is no way in hell the prominent Bin Laden clan there does not know the whereabouts of their prodigal son. It's a friggin joke. Saudi Arabia is where all the damn 911 terrorists came from, yet all we do to them is continue to send our money there for there god-forsaken oil. They are certainly NOT with us - not by a long shot - they are not a democracy, violate human rights to a degree that should outrage anyone who saw that as a cause for invading Iraq, and they have harbored terrorists for decades.

Yet - we paint them as a closer ally than free-speaking Western European countries simply because those country's don't have oil AND they don't want to be our puppets all the time. Gee, I know the solution - let's boycott French products. Boycott this O'Reilly - you blowhard.

Just doesn't make sense ....but are ya gonna do? ...fuh-get about it.

Saudi will never give him up. And our last four Presidents should never have caved in to the notion Saudi would cut the oil supply down. And the first Bush 41 should never have caved into giving Saddam a free pass in 91.

I just wanted to highlight this moving forward. You keep posting in every thread about the current Iraq war and about the hunt for Osama that it's Clinton's fault because he should have "taken" him twice. I just wanted to point out that you yourself admit that your commentary was at best flawed, and at worst, wrong.

Your lack of civility is troubling.

If you think all of Bin Laden's family in SA is not in touch with him at all, then I pity your naivity. At least some of them know and are sympathetic to his causes. You bring up points that I assume everyone knows already as if you are an expert. Friends with the Bin Ladens ....well duh. And really that just proves my point even further about the conflict of interest relationship we have with Saudi elites.

Yes - the Royals have been friends with our government for some time - reminds me a little of the coziness between us and Sadaam in the early days. This friendliness is fueled ENTIRELY on money and oil - ABSOLUTELY nothing else - and it's at the expense of Arabians who do not get to reap the rewards brought in by the royals.

Of course the Royals give our military space - anything to ensure the money flowing in. Of course that becomes yet another reason the disenfranchised Arab subjects join terror groups.

Our hypocritical relationship with SA is a massive part of our problem in the ME. Until we face up to that, it's just going to continue to spawn terrorists and both governments will keep ignoring it to a large part because of the money and oil.

considering the lack of exposure or anyone hearing from him I think one could conclude he has most definately been taken out of circulation--which is a BIG improvement over past--my personal opinion he will die of sickness and no one will ever know.

Good point, dtb. What effect would it have if we never hear of him again? Does that reflect poorly or positively on Bush? I think the American public (as a whole and me included) would like to actually witness Bin Laden being caught, but as long as his terroristic activity is lessened or ceased then that is fine by me.

How long has it been since he sent in a new videotape?
