Okay, the silence is deafening. I can't take it anymore.

Did anyone else out there have action on the Boston Red Sox and see that abomi-****ing-nation in the bottom of the 9th versus Toronto? Boston led 3-1 with one out and somehow ended up giving up five hits en route to a 4-3 loss. A Red Sox pitching masterpiece was ruined in five minutes.

How many TVs, radios, and PC mice were broken after that game? I wonder.

PS -- After playing poker on the Internet and breaking 3 mice in six months, I'm now down one more mouse in baseball.

PSS -- Last week, I bought two laptops for traveling. Just in case the inevitable happens. Thinking ahead, you know.

Anyone else have a similar anger management problem?

hahahahhahahh....
my anger management problem has been solved by NOT betting on the JAYS....

the only time I did, they ruined my nice five team parlay a few days ago where they lost to the METS 1-0 ,where they left (again) a CRAPLOAD of men on base and could have easily won that game, thus putting about 8 hundred in my pocket on that parlay.

oh well..

get 'em tomorrow.

here's my rule of thumb for the JAYZ:

games they shouldn't win, they do.

games that they should win, they don't.

i'm so fed up with this underacheiveing team, until they go on a win streak and go atleast 5 games above .500, i ain't touching them again this season.

I hear you Nolan, I'm on my 3rd mouse and 2nd keyboard of the baseball season. I'm surprised the monitor has survived!

When did bullpens get so bad? I was on Bos and Sf, and am happy for the split, but how did both winning teams blow a lead in the bottom of the ninth?
In Phil/Mont the last two days, the scoring in the last 2 innings beats the whole game.

What's going on?????

Yeah I put my fist through my door plenty of times. My room looks like Beirut! Looks even worse now after Derrick Lowes' stellar performance, Petite's gem last night and Barry Zito's masterpiece!

just kidding T.V.

Years ago when the BRONCOS were losing lots of SUPER BOWLS, I lived in DENVER and they had a kicker named Rich Karlis that was almost famous for hitting the upright and/or cross bar. It was ridiculous how often he did it, especially in crucial situations. Some GENUIS invented a BRONCO BRICK, which was a heavy NERF looking brick, that you could chuck at your TV (television in this case) every time he DID IT!!! IT WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!! BRONCO FANS ARE RUTHLESS LET ME TELL YA! Highway accident rates went up like 22% on MONDAY morning if BRONCOS lost on SUNDAY, and like 34% if it was to the RAIDERS! The one year, they took up a petition and APPROVED a bill to paint the snow on the sides of the highway leading to MILE HIGH, ORANGE and BLUE. Like 2 MILES of snow painted before a big playoff game. I moved before they finally won the big one, and I couldn't have been happier for ELWAY, one of the best QB's ever.

My point to all this is... my wife got me this gimmick cup holder, that is shaped like a football, with a hanging sleeve for up to four remotes, and comes with FOUR MINI FOOTBALLS that you can throw at the TV at appropriate times!! IT's great. I put it away during baseball season, I wear out my arm, and dont want to have to have TOMMY JOHN surgery... A stuffed sock will do the trick too... let's you vent without damaging anything, costing you money, or killing the family pet!

Nolan tough loss withthat mess last night. Love my homies, but I can't touch them. I can not figure out how they have remained where they are in the standings for so long. Either the bullpen doesn't show up or the bats don't show and then all of a sudden they will look like world series champs. Lowe is a mess, he has given up atleast 1 run in every appearence this year and I can't even remember how many blown games he has.(My heart stops whenever he enters a game now.) Why teams are stuck on the idea that you need a specific closer is beyond me. If someone is pitching well leave him in until he slows why live or die by 1 specific guy. Especialy if he is struggling. 2 outs in the bottom of the ninth, no one on and you blow a 2 run lead is a embarssesment!!!!
This semms to be happening a lot more around the league this year. Pitchers are struggling getting out of innings with 2 outs. I am running out of hair on the right side of my head because of this. ( My left arm is in a sling)
