I'm not jumping for joy but I'll take what they got.. a #1 and #7 this year and #4 next year. I thought that was about as good as they were going to get. I can't blame the Vikings for making the deal. The guy didn't like Ponder or the offensive game plan, he had outbursts with the coaching staff and got dinged up. Migraines really weren't much of a concern but he did miss a game or two.
Maybe they can use the picks to get some DL help. Hope they sign Greg Jennings, that will piss off some Packer fans

Lets see how much it cost to sign him, have to think they have a figure in place. Yeah, some were saying all the Vikes would get is a second rounder. Just wish the guy had his head on straight and finished last season out. He's a great talent

Well the Hawks are one of the best teams in the NFL if they can pick up some DL line help now. Harvin or someone like him was needed. They gave up a little much but since they are so close and had extra picks its not a bad deal. And the Hawks OC worked with Harvin before. We'll see.
Harvin if healthy could be the player to put them in the Super Bowl. I love Russell Wilson but worry about a sophomore jinx but he has a lot more to work with than lets say Newton had in Carolina. Wilson has a defense, a running game and now Harvin allows Sydney Rice to really stretch it. That's a lot of options with Tate in there, but Rice is another one of those injury prone players. Hey if the Vikes aren't going to win I would like to see the Hawks there, better than Niners or Pack, but I really think the Packers are going to be in for a big surprise this year.
