if someone knows an offshore that is offering the +3.5 on Dallas at vig of -1.20 or less I would be very interested.
Can get Seattle -2.5 at Pinny for -1.19

can't imagine offshores moving Cowboys to 3.5 which opens door for 10.5 w/Dallas and -2.5 w/New England in 7 point teaser.just and observation..
