BLUE JAYS/EXPOS Over 8.5 -110 - Yes, Halladay has been pitching great and is going for his 10th straight win. However, the Jays offense alone is good enough to push this game Over this relatively cheap total. Toronto has a whopping team batting average of .294, and they are averaging 6.18 runs per game. Furthermore, they are hitting an incredible .330 vs. right-handed pitchers over their last 10 games, and each of the first 2 games of this series reached double digits in total runs combined. Because of this dynamite Blue Jays attack, the Over is actually 11-5 in all of Halladay?s starts, with an average combined total in his starts of 11.2 runs per game! Livan Hernandez is coming off of a poor effort vs. a weak-hitting Pittsburgh lineup, allowing 6 earned runs on 8 hits while lasting just 4.2 innings. I just don?t see him containing this Toronto offense enough for this game not to go Over, especially if the Expos could scratch out 3 runs or so off of Halladay.
