i think that it is one of the marvels of modern sports that bobby cox has been as successful as he has, as i find myself constantly wondering how he manages to find his way home from the ballpark. the guy is constantly clueless. i guess if you have a front office that is smart enough and rich enough to buy you most of the best pitchers of the last decade, it makes you smart.
