Not all true, it is fat around your mid-section that can cut down on life span. some fat is good for you, not going to try and expian it you can look it up back fat is showen to be good sign for longer life span (more in women)

mine is in my gut just thought is was from drinking to much beer :shrug:

it can be from beer, if not burning off the simple carbs with in a few hours after intake can lead to major fat deposits, beer is drank by lot of ld runners after a long run even a race of 5 miles or more. depends how you drink it and when and how much if you pound down 1500-3000 empty cals a few times a week yes it is going to add up.

With quality of life issues, I might just pack it in at you age. You're very brave.

Have you thought about a pescatarian diet?

I'm not one to diet & I like to drink :mj06: maybe what I'm doing at the gym is just not working anymore at my age :shrug:

I guess she could be right I may need a personal trainer :box2:

you don't need to pay a personal trainer, now if you were going into power lifting or bb is one thing email me i will give you the strenght program I used a 5 different universities, was wrote by a dr. and me where i got my masters he was a world champion power-lifter from cccp in 1970's, i have gave it to over 18 d1-juco d2 and a handfulf of teams in the minors.

It is always shocking your body so your body does not get use to the work-out and you gain strength, power and lose body fat.

yes i can send me a email, i am going to email them in the am my time wen, also will give you some other things to help boost the wgt loss, food no juice, and will send you my number if you have a question, it is not hard , you will enjoy it, just got to get the 1st month down, that is the part where the head says i don't want to work out, does not take lot of time, and it works.
