Nice to see you on the dodgers as well.
I think the line opened maybe about right, but the bettors have pushed it up over 20 cents for the schmubs. Prior is great and the dodgers can't hit, but I don't see any reason they can't keep it close for 5 or 6 and then get to their pen which is better than the resurgent chicago pen.
A couple things allow me to take my chances with the dodgers in this spot:
1) cubs are coming off emotional series with houston and are subject to letdown game
2) dodgers have seen prior in the last week albeit a loss, but tough to beat even an awful offense twice in a week
3) like the white sox last night, cubs have trouble seeing pitchers they haven't seen before. This Kata guy was awful with the tigers a few years back but has been decent enough in the minor leagues since then.
I gave up liking the dodgers earlier in the year because of their ownership and lack of effort, but I do see value in them at +210 or higher today
