It's not the blue carpet. But they look solid. NMS can score and 27 looks fat. I'll take 28 if it's out there. Other than that I wouldn't waste my time. Can't find a total on the game.:shrug:

I hate betting overs on these spotlighted nationally televised games since they tend to get heavy public money, but I've followed NMSU pretty closely this year and I gotta think they are good for 17-21 pts. And the Aggies have a horrible, horrible defense, so Boise should be good for at least 49 on the smurf turf. At least. Playing over 63.

Snoozer... wish i'd checked that post earlier. I thought this was a Boise home game until it started.

I don't know what the hell is going on here. NMSU can't run and has a fantastic passing offense. Yet they are going run, run, run.

I'd say let the scarf from the days of ol' coach the team. WTF? Do they not have a kicker that can kick a 40-yarder? WTF?

unreal coaching decisions I see every week......NMST holds Boise with 30 seconds and forces a punt.....they are fortunate as hell to get the ball down to Boise States 24 yard line in 2 plays setting up a chance for points which you didn't figure to get anyway....and what does Hal do....tries 2 BS plays instead of letting a kid gain some confidence? The NMST kicker just pulled a 38 yarder left a little but had plenty of leg....and this would've been a 41 yarder? WTF coach?

Over 14 for the 3rd quarter for me.....think more of the same continues at least for another quarter....might slow down a tad in the 4th.....both teams continue to air it out and I think at worst case scenario I get a push with only two td's scored.

inexplicable. even more inexplicable is that the two guys in the booth -- who might two of espn's best guys -- were agreeing with this horrible decision. like you said, they are getting a free shot at 3 points from a reasonable distance. if youre down 35, ok maybe the 3 doesnt do you any good. but if you feel you even have a 20% chance of getting 3 in a 13 point game, you gotta give the kid a shot.
