let me get this straight. The guy openly lies to the authorities. He gets a pretty sweet deal not having to go to jail. He now appeals :shrug: What is it the 90 days he had to spend in his 15 million dollar mansion he have a problem with or the two years of probation? The 250 hrs of community service? Is this guy this arrogant? Can u lose an appeal and get a real sentence?

Why wouldn't he appeal? The Feds never should have went after Bonds on this weak charge. They fucking talked about his affairs during this case it was so weak. Just more money being fucking wasted over nothing.
Well if u want to make perjury mean something then u throw his ass in jail. If he told the truth nobody would even be talking about it. Kinda like Giambi.

If they can prove he lied, he should be penalized. That didn't happen. I think they are both scum but Bonds doesn't deserve one day of probation at this point. Next thing you know the government will be able to call us terrorists and throw us in jail for as long as they want without evidence. :facepalm:
