QB for USC is different. Bama used 2 QBs in that game and the RBs were a committee system, now it's Hurts with 12 full games under his belt along with his RBs getting tons of carries, but the "D" is what carried Bama for most of the year, outscoring many D1 programs on it's own.
U Dub lead the country is turnover margin difference and have one of the best passing QBs in the country.
Comparing what happened in week 1 and week 10 has nothing to do with the playoffs and these two teams how they are now.
Penn State is a different team than when they played and lost to Michigan.
USC is a different team since they played Alabama.
Tennessee is a different team since they beat Va Tech in Bristol!
Georgia is a different team as is TCU.
