the guy had over 700 tons of drugs in his van...he was fleeing the scene.....they shot him in the ass...& you find fault with that ?

There has to be more to this story. Why would it take two weeks for a jury to convict these two? Every body has these guys so innocent but a jury convicted them. Im sure they know a lot more than we do. Be nice to hear the whole story. Plus now we have to find another 700 pounds of erb somewhere. Like dan said if what he said is true why were they burying the shells? And why were they shooting someone running away? Did they shoot at him? If they did then by all means shoot them and not in the ass but if they didn't something stinks here. Also in Bush eyes you cant do this because you may scare off a few guys who can become cheap labor here. Could this be a bad cop syndrome? Ever deal with one of those fuks?
couldn't agree more. i have taken alot of abuse defending him and he completely pusses out on these guys. he has no clue how to protect our borders. i've lost all respect for him.
Something smells here. They don't put innocent people in jail. Sorry I stand corrected 16% of those in jail today or last year or last 20 years were found Innocent later. Wow 16%. That's what the Blacks have been saying for years. Maybe they been right all this time. Heck even 4% of those on death row. Yes innocent. Maybe our system is slipping. Or the witness are doing some ling.

Acknowledged all comments and honestly don't know how to respond. These 2 agents are in prison. People are calling for a Pardon or amnesty which means they are guilty but let them go anyway. I recall in the 60's a cop who was kind of nerdy held off a bunch of drunks and would not draw his firearm. Here in San Diego, recently,
6 cops and a police dog shot and killed a homeless guy who tried to fend off the dog about to bite his nuts off with an 18" tree branch and were acquitted. Sorry.
