I think it should?ve gone to OT. They used two shots to count the players and I swear I think they counted the guy standing at the 30 yard line twice. I counted 11 in those two shots.
It was clearly 12. There were 4 guys by the end zone (you can only see 3 in the pre-snap shot). The broadcasters used 2 shots to count 12, but they could have used just 1 if they just let the play roll and see the 12th guy show up as the play developed.
