I agree with you guys on Minnesota, historically the Sun Bowl has been played in bad weather and definitly will favor the team that can run the ball the best. A game that I really like is North Texas State plus the points, they should win this game outright.

New Orleans Bowl

Season 130-103-6 +34.0 Units
Bowls 0-0

Well dont know about everyone else but I had withdrawls last Saturday with no college football to bet and watch so going to tread into the water softly today and pretty much just go with a action play. Going to take North Texas at plus 4.5 for 1 unit.

Good Luck Cappers!!!

Just one DON'T LAUGH PICK BOWL GAME;;;;;;;;; this is the best dog of all the games.

TCU +10' and it's still rising..this is a great opportunity to play 2 or 3 bets on the move upward. I've rated this as TCU wins by 2 points.

Best Favorites is between ::::

Oklahoma and Texas ...each giving up to 9 points

Oklahoma will walk away with this game in the 3rd and 4th quarter.....Stoops will use the Florida's win over LSU as a threshold for the win. Zook beat'em by more then a t.d.

also like these games:
West Virginia.....don't see Maryland hanging around long...this is my 2nd best rated play....I've Noticed Big Al has it as a GOY...hope this isn't the kiss of death.

New Mexico..defense will contain Oregon State..look for a win s/u.

Well the Mean Green let me down in the New Orleans Bowl, they seem to have the momentum early in the 4th when they stopped Memphis at their own 15 and took a punt around midfield, the punt was returned back to the 35 of Memphis but was called back due to a unneccessary blatant hold. Cobb's on 2nd down busted a run for 30 yards which was then called back for another hold and that was all she wrote. Going to step it up a little tonight and bump up to a 2 unit play on Louisville +14, I may be a glutton for punishment since in my opinion Miami of ohio is one of the top 6 teams in the country right now, but I think Louisville has just enough offense to make this game interesting. If Maimi shuts down Shelton and the running game this game could get ugly in a hurry for the Cards, they do not have the defense to be on the field all day against Big Ben.

Louisville +14 **

Joede:

Agree with you on TCU played them at the current spot and may hit them again if the line goes higher. Also playing a small money line on them.

Don't know if u read this or not,
The Louisville Courier-Journal is reporting the Cards have come down with a nasty flu bug. Although no one is expected to miss Thursday's game, the bug continues to spread rapidly throughout the team.

"It has been a concern," Cardinals coach Bobby Petrino said. "We've had some guys miss practice. We've had coaches sick, their families sick. So we're dealing with it."

I remember we dealt with the flu bug on a game earlier this year.....lets hope the trend is 2-0 when betting against the team who is fighting the flu this year.

Adding :: EXTREMELY STRONG PLAY

Motor City Bowl Total OVER 54'

I've followed Nortwestern over their last 6 games and this team struggled to get here. The line appears to 4 to 6 points low in favor of Bowling Green..by 10 to 12 points. However Big 10 vs MAC, which isn't getting any respect from Vegas..may reward those who take B.G. but I'm going to trust the line for the side and move on the total.

This game may play out like the Minnesota / Northwestern which ended up 42-17.gl

Northwestern over?

Northwestern over?

Northwestern's offense really struggled against bowl teams they played this year and the same went for Bowling Green. As Bowling Green only averaged 20 points a game versus Bowl teams. Northwestern did most of their offensive damage versus Kansas, Duke, Indiana and Illinois. Just offering opinion personally I am leaning to Bowling Green. Good luck Joe De on your plays.

I don't have anything riding on the Hawaii game at this time.

Some thoughts, Hawaii has aleast one key player,Laboy, who probably won't play and that might help Houston. They don't have the talent this year as in the past years, but they have June Jones whose been in many bowl games and i expect he'll make the most of what's available. What bothers me they lost to Nevada and beat Alabama, go figure. I think Hawaii will allow at least 30 points to Houston. They can't stop the pass. As you know, Hawaii can be tough to beat at home.

Hard to get a feel for Houston because we have a 1st year coach, Briles, and a freshman quarterback Kolb. Hard to lay money on that receipe. Plus the Houston players could be dazzled by all the glitz of Hawaii. But if Houston comes to play, we could see the total over 90. This kid Kolb has a couple of receivers that can light up the board quick. Houston racked up 55 points on TCU at home and beat Mississippi State and a good UAB team. This says they can stay in the game if their ATTENTIVE. They alos can't stop the pass.

1st thoughts if i played this game would be to take Houston the 1st half...they'll probably will be pumped.

Play the over 75..i think they'll run up and down the field all day.
Probably will be a 4 hour game or more. gl

Nice write up Joede, Yes I think it will also be a shoot out.

Just for fun play:

Blue and Gray over 44.5, I believe that up to the stoppage of the game last year this game has went over the total 14 of the past 16 years.

Hawaii Bowl

Small play Houston +11 Single unit

Hope all of the Madjacks Cappers and their significant others have a safe and happy Christmas!!!

MC, what's your opinion on the side on the Bowling Green/ Northwestern game? MAC vs Big 10

I haven't seen anything from Hellah and Gman on this game.

Depends on what the line stays at, personally I lean to the over but sort of like NW with 7, but not a play yet. NW has no field goal kicker so they will go for it on 4th down almost every time they get inside BG territory.
