*1st ~ I know Boise MUST be disappointed that this was all they got bowl-wise this year.. I saw Coach Peterson's rant after heariing their assignment.. and I agree w/him, they deserved a MUCH better bowl...
*2nd ~ Boise fans travel VERY well, and they get stuck in relatively close Las Vegas... it'll be packed for Boise
*3rd ~ Ariz St has lame-duck coach Erickson... Erickson going out firing, denying DE Onyeali the bowl trip after a major argument at monday's practice.. and currently has best def. player LB Burfict relegated to 2nd tm, may or may not play much (both per IE)..
Sooo.... I saw Ariz St. play their last game.. good offense... NOOOO defense, none, zip, nada
I saw Boise handle San Diego St... scoring in a variety of ways... precise passing, talented runners, large linemen, and intricate plays run precisely... and lots of Boise fans cheering them on all game.
Here's my take:
*Everything Boise runs will work against these guys, especially passing... terrible defense
*IF Ariz St. is here to play, then it will be their offense keeping them in the game... talent positions full and quality qb (when given time)
