Master Capper-I am respectfully asking if you would have any analysis to share on your total play.I have not followed college ball as closely as the NFL,had this as an under,but respect your opinion enough to check your threads.Can you share your reasoning?I've been waiting for this game since that fuck from boise st ran back the fumble for their first defensive td of the year vs east carolina with 60 seconds to go in last years bowl game to rob me of a big under play,so this game is like the white whale was to ahab,an obsession and maybe in the end a mistake.Thanks for any info you care to give.GL

I am using a system that I used during the regular season that was tweaked with each passing week. I have no conclusive data that this system will work in the post-season as well as it has worked during the regular season. Without boring the whole forum by going into math formulas that bring to my conclusion about a toatal, but the system caps this game at roughly around 55 points. A couple of points that also that back up a over play:

A. People are downplaying the Horned Frogs offense, as they have avg 37 points over the last 5 games. They are also avging over 400 yards per game which puts them into the top 25 (or close) in the country for total yards per game.

B. In general, the extra practice time allows teams to fine tune their offense and make changes that a defense cannot initially account for.


Personally, if you feel that under is the right play then in no way shape or form should you change your opinion especially if you feel this strong. I could very easily make a string case on why the under is the way to go too. In closing, it would not surprise me if this game went under thats why I did not rank it as a 3 star game.

Motor City Bowl

I have been all over the place on this game starting out on CMU and then going over to FAU, but playing either side has high risk. CMU's secondary is absolutely brutal, and may have problems with FAUs tall wide outs, and CMU has some injuries in the secondary. FAU's suspensions really hit their offensive line hard, and they lost the only kicker that has kicked a field goal this season. System wise, I have this game slightly under the total, but going to go with my gut on this one and play a small wager on the over.

Cannot seem to hit a one unit play this bowl season, as they are bleeding me. Normally, I would of passed on these one unit games, but since I am picking the whole bowl card I shall carry on.

This is another game that has had me all over the board, but I am going to go with the dog in this game. I have this game capped on the total at 41, so I should play the under since I am catching 5 points, but I guess I didnt learn my lesson from the CMU-FAU game where the system had the under and I went with a gut play on the over.
