I lean to WF playing close to home. Deacs are senior-led, played the tougher schedule, and have advantage in yards per rush for and against relative to their opponents season averages. Of course, you have to question WF's interest here since they played in the BCS last year after a surprising ACC title, although this might be offset by senior leadership and solid coaching. Holding off on this game for now..

Good luck Cie! On the Deacons, myself....interesting juice you got there......i had -120 on the -2, -130 on the ML, so I took the ML.....had I had -105 would have just laid the points. I think I need to seriously look into getting multiple accounts, so I can shop around or something.

I see Sam Swank putting up 14 points and Wake pulls out a tight one!!

Interesting take on the UCF-Miss St game.....I'll have to look into that......that Under looks enticing as I cant see Miss St playing a shootout. Think their D is pretty stout and you could make a case they will be the toughest test Smith has faced all season.

Changed my mind on CFU. Originally, I figured CFU based on lesser conference laying points angle. Looking at Miss St, though, its hard to think they won't be ready to go. While CFU is distracted by a rushing record, the Dawgs are all business. All the talk is focused on Smith right now, but I'm thinking Dixon steals the show. Still scares me that SEC +3 is available. Gonna play Miss St or pass.

I felt the same way about Central Florida...I was loving the C-USA team laying points to an SEC team and it seemed early that the public was biting on the Bulldogs. But the betting momentum has since switched over to UCF

I was leaning pretty hard on the Knights up until this morning and I rarely if ever change my mind on a game...The way I see it is if I am showing that much indecision to change sides than I shouldn't be playing the game at all...

but now I AM leaning towards Miss. St so we'll see

thought it was interesting tho that you had the same change of heart that I did

opposite sides on the 1st game today but we might end up being on the same side for the next one after all

I think you have to play the stronger conference on this one. Rushing record doesn't mean much when you are playing in a slower "D" conference. SEC has the speed to slow Smith down a little. I am sure Miss. st. will play 8 in the box most of the day. The Under also looks good.

I like Guardian with the low juice option rather than a rollover signup bonus.

Nice call on the 2H under......looks like we both chopped off a loss with a winning second half play.

Air Force, eh......hmmmmm......pretty early start for two west coast teams, perhaps the Fly Boys will be more ready for that.

Good luck tomorrow.....hope you have the day off and cant watch the games!! :weed:

Like a bonehead, I booked a couple of appointments this morning. Will be out til noon. Not too bad, I guess. I'll be at the sports bar all afternoon:weed:

Todays matchups:

I have been leaning Oregon, but will likely end up on the under in this one. I don't see USF scoring 4 TDs unless the defense gets involved in the scoring..

I question the toughness of GT. They played like a group of pansies in the rivalry game against UGA, making UGA look like the world-beaters they aren't. How will they handle a hard-nosed Fresno team in freezing temps? I lean dog and under.

I played Aub +3 early buying the hook at Guardian. I figured this line would approach pick. New OC scares me. Seems like a veteran QB like Cox with athletes to throw to should benefit immediately from this new style of offense. Aub D is the fastest in the SEC, although I am not sure what happened when they layed a 2H egg vs. UGA.

Indy would have been a play for me already, but I do not like that Okie St has an edge in ypc for and against relative to their opponents averages this season. Its tough for me to take a dog under these circumstances (I took Col last night and paid the price). Still, Indy has to be fired up to be here so I may play the Hoosiers to get it done in the name of their falled HC...

I am not sure what to make of FSU with all the suspensions. No play for me there, although I am hoping for an SEC win. I will add that I feel Jimbo Fisher is the MOST overrated OC in college football. Great recruiter, will make a good HC, but his LSU teams struggled offensively vs. solid defenses despite oodles of 1st round NFL talent...

I'm already on AF+. Seems like Cal spirits should have been down during prep for this unsexy matchup. AF offense requires quality prep to defend against. Not sure Cal mindset was right the past month after dropping at least 5 of 6 to close out the season. I also read some Cal thugs are suspended for the 1Q. Not too big of a deal, but it does lead me to believe Cal is not there mentally right now. AF will be ready to roll in front of an armed forces crowd. The early morning kickoff is big. TP out above, and I agree, that early kickoff favors the cadets. Seems like I should be on the AF ML, since Cal should win by 10+ if they are right in the head, or lose outright if they aren't...

Had to sweat out both Aub and the Clem team total. I lost on AF today, but hadn't posted the play. Thought I had posted it with my original set.

Thx Doc and Mo. Happy New Year's:toast:

Today's plays (as listed above)

USC un50.5 x2
FL -10 (-115) x1

Added:

Mizzou -3 x1 I normally look to fade teams whining about their bowl draw, but it seems like Arky has more turmoil than Mizzou right now. Arky does not have the defensive playmakers along the front 7 to contain the Mizzou offense like OU did a few weeks ago. Mizz plays the run fairly well, and 1-dimensional Arky QB situation is nothing pretty.

I would like to add Tenn, but am unable to pull the trigger with the LB, DT and WR suspensions. Wisky has pulled off some wins over the SEC recently, but this Wisky team is defficient on defense.
