Very disappointing weekend for Mijares and Montiel. This was my first losing weekend in a while, very slight, about 10$, but still lol. When you factor in time invested, it's substantial. I didn't take the Chavez over, still kicking myself about it.

Congrats on a profitable weekend guys.

i was thinking ahead to a montiel/darch unification fight...and prior to seeing this i was hoping to see montiel come in as a reasonable dog....

but after seeing this...and knowing that vic will bring it to montiel just like he did mijares.....and remembering how hesitant montiel was when he fought another awkward lefty of note( mark too sharp johnson),i`m having trouble rationalizing a montiel play.....

i suspect that off their recent fights,darchinyan will be a fairly substantial fave...

montiel looked like shit vs a fairly pedestrian guy who was actually moving up in weight...

i can understand him not being up for the fight...but he never seemed even close to inflicting any real hurt on rosas....

i`m a montiel fan,but vic`s lefty stance and aggression are going to make montiel very uncomfortable....

montiel has to realize that he HAS TO get vic`s attention early...and show him that he can`t steamroll him without worrying about getting clipped himself...

mijares never even attempted to keep vic honest...and vic used him like a doormat...

This Rosas kid has more balls than brains. You will see Montiel caught him pretty good now and again. He has a granite fuking chin me thinks. Plus you saw all the nasty shit he was doing to Montiel. Totally unrefined and crude. RJJ is as hight as +280 here in Vegas and I think I may take a little of that action. Not made up my mind yet. We'll see. Nice analysis weasel on Vic and Mijares. I think Mijares tried, but the Vicster was way too agressive for his liking. Does Montiel have enough juice on his power shots to hurt Vic when he gets careless? If so, there is always a shot there.

it`s hard to punch hard with leverage if you`re going backwards...

imo,montiel will have to set his feet or get run out of the gym....

but,make no mistake...he CAN hurt darchinyan...particularly to the body...he`s a much,much better puncher than mijares...

i think montiel will be intimidated if they fight, seeing the job vic did on mijares

he knows that vic has real ammo, unlike the spent bullet castillo he gunned down
