Thanks guys. KC needed just about all those runs. Glad they hit that 2 run homer in the bottom of the 8th for a 6 run cusion instead of 4.
Dog on the Royals all you want, but their 8-2 their past 10 and have made me a nice bundle of money.:00hour I don't expect the Royals to just fall apart as team chemistry is solid right now. You can tell from interviews this team is believing in themselves. I don't expect them to continue on this torrid pace, but back-to-back nights, they're down 3-0 to the Tribe and rally for wins.
All this being said, I still know the Royals suck... but enjoying the hot steak for sure.

I was saying much of the above in jest and most can probably tell but I really was concerned to a degree given their bullpen. I WILL say this, I have bet on KC somewhat frequently this year and more times than not it's been positive and heck, if you win one, it usually makes up for losing with them and then some. They are not that bad and you're right...they have won eight out of ten and they are playing well right now. Their pitching is better, their starting pitching especially and I'm telling you...that lineup they have can score some runs. I think they will continue to play tough at home and now even on the road. Are they contenders or even a .500 team? No, but until the betting markets figure out that this team isn't nearly as bad as last year, they will continue to be a pretty decent bet. Everyone sees their opponent at -170 or whatever and thinks "oh, they will beat Kansas City, the Royals are awful" but the truth is that the perception of exactly how bad they are is not the reality of their current state.
